Luis Antonio Cambiasso

Luis A. Cambiasso graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in 1969. Since then, he has exercised his profession independently, specializing in labor law, litigations and conflict resolutions.

He has participated in several specialization courses and conferences, among others, negotiation at Harvard University in 1996, and mediation at Pepperdine University in 1995. He was a professor of Labor Law at UCA and has participated in several forums on the subject.

He specializes in labor law and social security, insurance, conflict resolution, mediations, arbitration and litigation. In the year 1985 he acted as advisor of the Infrastructure Ministry (Ministerio de Obras y Servicios Públicos) in the negotiations for the Collective Labor Conventions for public companies. He is a mediator registered at the City of Buenos Aires.

Luis is a member of the Public Bar of the City of Buenos Aires and has served at the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina.

His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English.

Enrique Juan José Morando

Enrique J. J. Morando graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in 1970. Since then, he has exercised his profession independently, specializing in commercial law, corporations and business contracts.

He has been a professor of Commercial Law at the UCA and has participated in numerous forums on the subject. He is the author of several publications and law reviews.

Enrique Morando

Enrique Morando graduated from the School of Law of Universidad Austral (City of Buenos Aires) in the year 2000, and received his Master of Laws degree with honors from Northwestern University, School of Law (Chicago), in 2005.

Previously he worked at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal (between 2002/2005 and 2006/2011). During 2005 and 2006 he worked at the New York offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, as a foreign associate.

Enrique’s practice focuses in commercial contracts, corporations, M&A, banking, project finance, debt restructuring and syndicated financings, real property structuring, hotel and condominium developments, startups and agro-business. He provides advice to local and foreign companies in their commercial and financing activities, including corporate, foreign exchange, banking and healthcare compliance.

Enrique is a member of the Bars in Buenos Aires and New York.

Patricio Amespil

Patricio Amespil graduated from the School of Law of the University Católica Argentina (UCA) in 2001. Prior to joining Morando Abogados he worked in the Argentine law firm García Pullés between 2000 and 2006, in IECSA from 2006 to 2009 and in the multinational company Siemens, in the energy legal group, from the year 2009 until 2011.

Patricio’s practice focuses on public law related to business and corporate matters, including administrative, civil and commercial litigation. In the last years Patricio has been actively participating in public bids and M&A transactions that require administrative approvals or involve public services. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Gregorio Stepaniuk

Gregorio Stepaniuk graduated from the School of Law of the University John F. Kennedy in the year 1998. He worked in the law firm Falcón, Morando & Ojea Spill between the years 1995 and 1999, and in Morando & Cambiasso, from 1999 to 2010. Today he continues his professional activity as an associate at Morando Abogados.

His practice focuses in litigation, commercial law, corporations, labor law, restructurings and bankruptcies.

Gregorio is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar since 1998 and was as a member of the Assembly of Delegates of such organization from 2006 to 2009.

María Teresa Martín Yáñez

María T. Martín Yáñez is specialized in social security law, field in which she has written books, articles and law reviews. She has participated in several national and international debates on the subject and she is director of the Labor and Social Security Law Review for Abeledo Perrot.

She was appointed to several public positions related to her specialization, including Director for the Auditoría Previsional in the Municipal Institute of the City of Buenos Aires.

Other than working at Morando Abogados, she is a member of the Counsel for Social Security of UCA, where she also dictates post-graduate courses.

Her native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Jorge Reboredo

Lawyer. He obtained his law degree in the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 1994. He specializes in Healthcare Law.

Jorge has worked until 2000 as chief officer of the Legal Department of the ANMAT (Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnologí­a Médica) and has participated in the drafting of several of the healthcare regulations in place at present. Until 2005 he was the chief supervisor of the training works for students at the Medical School of UBA.

He advises various public and private entities in issues related to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

He is co-author of the Clinical Research Manual (Ed. Corpus - Bs.As. 2008) and participates regularly in congresses and dissertations related to clinical research issues.

Betiana Romagnoli

Tax Counsel

Betiana Romagnoli graduated as public accountant from Universidad Nacional del Litoral in 2001 and in 2010 she obtained her LLM in Tax Law from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

From 2006 to 2001 she worked at the Tax Department of Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal. Previously, between 2004 and 2006 she worked at the International Tax Department and the Tax & Legal Department of KPMG Argentina.

Betiana has advised prestigious companies, banks and trusts. She is an expert in tax planning, in structures for international and national transactions, including M&A, real estate, agro-business, and acquisition due diligences.

She is a member of the Board of Accountants of the City of Buenos Aires (Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires) and of the Argentine Fiscal Association (Asociación Argentina de Estudio Fiscales).

Betiana speaks Spanish and English.
